Vacation to Indiana!

We left last Wednesday and drove to Princeton, In. Thursday we were meeting my family at Holiday World in Santa Claus, IN. It is an amusement park and water park. It is so fun. They have free sun tan lotion, and soda. We had a good time. We went with my parents, and Travis and Heather and their families. We had 16 people there. Sorry I forgot to take pictures. We were too busy having fun. They had so many fun kid rides and water tree houses. Baylee and Sydney had a blast. Baylee was able to ride 2 family rides so that was fun for us. She is getting tall. Sydney crawled all over the wave pool area. She got scraped knees, but she didn't care.
Friday the men stayed home with the children while my mom, Heather, Dana, and I went shopping. My mom found some cute clothes. That night we went swimming at my brother-in-laws, brother's pool. It was fun. Baylee just used her floaties and swam all night by herself. She wasn't afraid. She practiced all her new tricks she learned from swim lessons. We were so proud.
Saturday we went to the park and let me tell you it was the most perfect day for weather. It was 80 degrees with no humidity. The boys played kick ball and the little kids played catch and wrote with chalk. It was a great day. We went over to Heathers for dinner and fire works. My mom and Heather made home made donuts. The best donuts I have ever had. They had caramel sauce, and brown powdered sugar mixture sprinkled on top. It was to die for. My family went to Shipsawwanna, IN early in the week. It is an omish town. My parents and Heather have been several times. They have excellent food. They bought the donut mix from there. My nephews, and the older men had fun lighting the fire works.
Sunday we went to church and came home and had a yummy meal. My brother grilled skirt steaks, and porkloins. For dessert my mom made a chocolate pie. She got the recipe from the same omish people. It was really good. Monday we drove home. It's not fun to travel on your day off, but it is so fun spending time with your family.

Cute pictures. I like your hair a little longer. Glad you had fun in Indiana. Wish we could have come too.
