Valentines Date!

Saturday night we celebrated valentines with a night out. We made it a little more special. We went to Carrabas for dinner and then went to see the movie Safe Haven. We always enjoy being together. It seems like time lately is so precious. I look forward to date night every week.

Valentines Day!

Sydney and Baylee had valentines party at their schools.  They were so excited that they woke up at 5:45 am.  They were more excited then Christmas Day.

Sydney had valentine treats and then they sang some songs for the parents.  Sydney wanted me to make cake pops for her party.  We decided to make brownie ones instead.  They were delicious.  I ate too many.  I bought a cake pop maker thats similar to a waffle maker.  It was so much easier than adding frosting to a cake.  Her favorite song to sing was "The Hokey Pokey".  She was so happy to tell me she gave out her valentine cards to all her friends.

Baylee got to decorate a frog bag for her valentines.  It was not anything like I made as a kid. I loved decorating a shoe box at school.  It was the best.  They didn't get any treats besides the candy her classmates gave her.  They had strawberries and carrots sticks.  I guess the allergies kids have cause problems.  No fun for the kids that don't.  She had a blast needless to say.  She was so hyper so I guess it was good she didn't fill up on cookies.

Andy was able to stay home which was the best valentine for us all.  He got the girls some chocolates, a movie, and a Barbie.  Dallin got a toy cell phone.  I made Andy's favorite dinner which is Sherpetds pie.  I even got out the china plates.  Andy was so sweet to me and bought little things that remind him of the reasons he loves me.  I got Andy a certificate for a massage since he has been so busy with work and church.  We spent an enjoyable evening together.  It was so needed.  I love my little family.  I hope I treat them with love everyday and try to be more Christlike to them.

Dallin's first words

Dallin's first word was uh oh!  He has the cutest little voice.  He drops his Binky on purpose so he can say uh oh.  Recently he started saying Daddy but he says it like "Daa tee".  Whenever the garage door opens he runs to the door and says daddy.  It is the sweetest thing ever.  When he is done eating he takes off his bib and shakes his head no.  I love it!  It makes me laugh.

Dallin is very attached to mommy and daddy.  Whenever we leave he starts to cry.

Dallin loves to laugh.  He likes to play peek a boo and to be tickled.

Dallin loves it when we chase him around the house.  He justs giggles and looks back to see if you are still following him.

Dallin's loves to bob his head up and down in the car to the girls favorite song "What makes you beautiful" by One Direction.

Dallin's favorite thing to do is go outside.  He loves jumping on the trampoline with the girls. He gets so mad when it's time to go inside.

Dallin rarely plays with his toys.  He likes to play in the bathroom and unroll all the toilet paper.

Sydney adores Dallin.  She picks him up probably 15 times a day.  She never listens to me when I tell her to stop.  He doesn't enjoy it.

We love and adore Dallin.  He has such a sweet personality.
