New Year's Eve games!

had to use a spaghetti noodle with just your mouth and put 6 penne pasta noodles through the long noodle in one minute. Travis did it in 45 seconds. He was fast.
Had to pencils stuck together with 3 m&ms on top. Had to pull the strings up to your mouth without dropping the candy.
Dip your nose in vaseline and transfer cotton balls into a bowl in one minute.
had an empty kleenex box tied around your waste with a belt. Put 8 ping pong balls in it. Had to get them out by just shaking your body. It was so funny to watch. Andy got a video of my mom doing it.
The paper bag one I talked about early using only your mouth. Dana was the only one that could do it.

New Year's Eve!

In the morning the girls went to breakfast and then went to Hobby lobby and Michaels to find flowers to make hair bows. Them we switched with the boys and they went shooting and went out to lunch. We went over to Heather and Mark's house for dinner. Taylor and Ashley planned some minute to win it games. They were so fun. One of them you had to pull all the kleenex's out of the box in one minute. Another you had to pick up different size paper lunch sacks with your teeth from the floor and place them on the table using only your mouth. I couldn't do the last two. They were two short and I am too tall to bend down that far. You couldn't touch your knees to the floor. We had a great time.

Trip to Indiana!

I got just what I wanted for Christmas. My mom made all of the girls matching robes. I really did. I having been asking my mom for a while.
Waiting to open presents.
We left the day after Christmas for my parents house. We stayed for a week. On Monday we went to McDonald's and let the kids play. Then we all opened presents from Grandma and Grandpa. I got a rob, a quilt, a sheepskin throw, a wheat grinder, some clothes, some kitchen gadgets, and Oprah's favorite brownie pan. I appreciate my mom. She does so much for us. She spend a lot of time thinking and making presents for all the children and grandchildren. Baylee and Sydney got play vacuum's, a doll, a puzzle, and decorating cupcakes set.
Bob and Sue did the twelve days of Christmas. They are so thoughtful. They put so much time into their gifts. We got handcrafted santa hat ornaments, a puzzle made of our family, matching aprons, a movie and popcorn, a nativity set and scroll, Twas the night before Christmas book, a chrismtas CD, Color books and crayons for the girls, candy, a giftcard to Red Robin (yum), and some money to give to someone in need. We had so much fun opening a gift each night. I hope they continue to do it each year.
We love our parents. We love our families. I am so grateful for the family we were blessed with. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Christmas Day!

We had a good morning. It is fun as parents to watch your children's reactions as they open their presents. Baylee got the strawberry shortcake shoppe, a dollhouse, and the princess barbies. Sydney got a rocking horse that she is terrified of, a doll stroller, and a little people school bus. They got some books and movies to share. For Christmas dinner we went to Dan and Linsey's house. We had a yummy dinner. Andy fried another turkey. We also had rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy, jello salad, sweet potatoes, and some dessert. I also made this cranberry wassail drink. It was really good.

Christmas Eve!

I love new Christmas pajamas!

Luke, Baylee, Adelin, and Seth
Andy's family tradition for Christmas eve is to go to pizza and a movie. We went with Dan and Linsey and their family to see Tangled and eat pizza. We love getting together with family. It was a good day.
