Monday night for FHE we carved pumpkins. Dallin kept saying pumpkin guts.
Sydney was going to be Doc Mcstuffins for Halloween but she changed her mind after I bought the costume. Baylee didn't want to be a fairy again so they switched. They were both happy and we didn't have to buy another costume.
Wednesday night was our ward trunk or treat. It was outside under a pavilion. It had been poring rain all day and I was worried because we had invited two non member friends. I prayed all day that it would not rain during the two hours and when we got there it was just drizzling. It was a miracle. There were 10 nonmember families that had come. It was such a fun time. The food was good and the kids loved jumping in the puddles. We had to go home and wash costumes for Halloween.
Thursday morning Sydney had her preschool Halloween party. They played games and had yummy treats. Dallin got to wear his costume too.
Thursday night we went to Dan & Linsey's house for pizza and trick or treating. Devon & Neal came too. I made donuts and caramel apples. The kids were exhausted from two late nights, but overall Halloween was a success.
