Friday night my sweet friends took me out to dinner, shopping, and the movies. I felt loved. Some of the girls are missing. We went to Cracker Barrel and I got breakfast for dinner. It was delicious. Then we went to the mall and leisurely walked around without children distracting us. It was wonderful. Then we went to see Moms night out. It was hilarious and also had a sweet message that I needed to hear as a Mom. I'm not perfect and what I'm doing is very important!
Saturday night Andy and I celebrated. He took me to PF Changs. I went there mostly for their chocolate cake with berry sauce. So yummy! Then we went and saw Spider-Man. It was kind of a disappointing movie but entertaining. Anytime with Andy is cherished and I love being with him. He always makes me feel so loved and appreciated.
Today on my birthday we went to church. Dallin was grumpy so spent most of my time in the hall. I got to make myself a lemon velvet cake I have been wanting to try. The batter was delicious but cake didn't turn out as I hoped. It is good but won't make again. Oh well you win some you lose some. Andy made hamburgers for dinner and bought me a professional digital camera . I was so surprised. I am so excited. He took me to crystal bridges museum and gardens tonight for a walk and so I could practice taking pictures. It is beautiful. The camera is awesome. I love it. I hope I don't break it and that I use it often and develop a new talent.
As you get older you realize birthdays aren't anything but a normal day. But Andy definitely made me feel special!
